SWISSROLL WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Hi,everyone ..
cook,eat&glow is my new food blog.and I welcome all to my new space .This blog is the result of my passion for easy and delicious recipes .All these recipes are tried and tested by me .
So for this happy beginning iam here with a sweet recipe
, most interesting thing about this recipe is that  it can be made on stovetop instead of an oven and without any baking powder added to it, this is ideal for your instant sweet cravings and perfect for entertaining kids , my son is an ardent fan of this cake .
                 

And morover this is the easiest roll cake recipe ever existed .

INGREDIENTS

 FOR ROLL CAKE

Cake flour - 4 tblspn
sugar-3 tblspn
egg - 2 nos
vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
vegetable oil- 2 tblspn
Butter - for greasing pan

FOR GANACHE

Dark chocolate /chocolate chips -1/2  cup
fresh cream -100ml


METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar together untill fluffy,

Add vanilla essence & oil

Add cakeflour one tablspn at a time

Mix well with a spatula , donot beat after adding flour

Heat a nonstick pan and pour the batter when it is hot, adjust the flame to low and wait for the top to set

After top becomes firm  take it out and transfer it to a cling film, wrap it and roll it

Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes

In the mean time prepare ganache , ok one minute I forgot to tell you one thing you can fill this cake with whatever filling you like , jam, nutella, cream  etc,but here I used ganache

Heat fresh cream in a sauce pan and pour over dark chocolate

Mix the ganache well , it should be thick and not liquidy but at the same time spreadable.

Take out the cake , unroll it spread the ganache, roll it again and keep in the refrigerator again for one or two hours .

Take out , cut out both ends slice and serve

Note:
If you dont have cake flour , use this 1 cup plain flour - 2 tblspoons + 2 tblspn corn flour .mix it &sift twice
