Cook meat either chicken or beef till tender with masala or without either way its fine , we usually take from the prepared meat curry if there is any ,

Mince the meat chunks in a chopper or blender

Method

1
.Boil eggs in an
 sauce pan for
5 minutes with a
bit of salt
Cool and peel the shell
slice it in half

2.

Take out the yolk of
 all eggs and mix
together

Set aside

3.
heat oil in a kadai

4

.Add onions and saute
 till it turns brown,
add salt to speed up the
cooking process

5.
Add sliced green chillies

Add prepared meat mince

When mixed together
add red chilly powder,
 turmeric and salt if needed

Saute till done

This is the basic masala filling
which can be used in many
 of the malabar snacks .

6.
Now add cooked
egg yolks to this masala
and mix well

Switch off the stove and let it cool

7.
Mix with hand when cooled
down to combine everything

8.
Fill them on egg white halves

9.Beat one egg lightly , add salt , pepper and vermicelli

Do not add so much in one go it will get soggy later

Take little amount at a time and add more when you proceed further

10.Heat oil in kadai

Dip prepared egg halves in beaten egg in such a way that vemicelli coating comes above masala filling

Fry on medium heat
